RPI Therapy Services is committed to the communities we live and work in. You, our valued patients, are our friends and family and your health has always been our top priority. This has always been the case but now more than ever before. In that spirit, we want to clearly communicate with you what we are doing to protect you and help you stay on track with your therapy during this time.
- Our outpatient clinics remain open at this time and our staff are still working with our patients living in senior communities. It is imperative to us that we are able to provide you with the care you need. We continue to treat patients in our Outpatient and Senior Retirement Community (Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living) settings. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes as they arise.
- We ask that only patients are present during therapy sessions. This will minimize the number of individuals that are in our clinic at a given time to ensure that we can maintain social distance (greater than six feet) between all patients receiving therapy. In addition, we are allowing more time between appointments to decrease the number of patients in the clinic at any one time. Caregivers or guardians will be contacted when the patient’s therapy is complete.
- When you arrive for therapy, you must check in at the desk. Each patient will be thoroughly screened and their temperature will be checked. Only patients that pass all criteria will be treated in the clinic. Directions on sanitation will be provided to all patients prior to starting therapy including mandatory hand washing.
- If you are unable or uncomfortable coming into the clinic, we are offering home visits and E-visits (via phone call, Facetime or Skype) as well. Staying healthy is a top priority and we know Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are a vital aspect of health to our patients. At RPI Therapy Services we will do everything possible to ensure you are receiving the care you need today and in the future.
