RPI Therapy Services is the on-site therapy provider for Gambrill Gardens. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy to residents and the surrounding community. Our therapists specialize in geriatric and adult care.
Our physical therapists treat a wide range of diagnoses, such as:
- Arthritis and spinal stenosis
- Difficulties with balance and gait
- Generalized weakness
- Post-orthopedic surgery
- Neurological disorders
Our skilled occupational therapists assist in improving activities of daily living by increasing your strength and function. They work to maximize independence with activities of daily living through instruction in adaptive and compensatory techniques and improve static and dynamic balance to facilitate independence with daily living skills. They also specialize in treating injuries of the upper limb including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.
Our speech therapists work with:
- Swallowing concerns to decrease the risk of choking
- Cognitive concerns to improve word finding ability, short-term memory, long-term memory, and organizational thinking
For residents of Gambrill Gardens, a Healthy Living Program is provided. Our fitness and wellness instructor, Aaron, leads 12 classes per week and offers 1 on 1 sessions with residents free of charge. These classes are full of energy and a great way to get active!
